Yerahm Hong

Hi! I’m Yerahm, a rising senior studying Bioengineering with a minor in Chemistry and a certificate in Spanish. I was born in Korea but spent most of my life in Georgia. My interests include neuroscience, languages (Spanish, Korean), running/lifting, music (violin, singing), and interdisciplinary dialogue. I’m on the pre-med track and involved in a variety of on-campus activities including epilepsy research at CHOP, Full Measure A Cappella, Penn Chamber, and Penn MINHUET. I also love fellowshipping with Tenth Presbyterian Church and Renewal College Fellowship. In addition to my curriculum, I’m an SNF Paideia Fellow and a Rachleff Scholar. As a freshman, I lived in Kings Court English House in the STWing program community and absolutely loved my experience. I also participated in the PennArts pre-orientation program. I’m happy to chat about any of these. Excited to meet you all!
