Saket Ram

Hi everyone! My name is Saket — I’m a Bioengineering major and pre-med. Outside of class, I serve as an EMT on Penn’s Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT), providing first-responder medical care on campus. I’m also involved with the Netter Center, where I help bring engineering education to students in West Philly, and with Penn SNUGS, where I teach children with special needs how to swim. Some of my other interests include music — I play keys in Penn Sargam, Penn’s South Asian fusion band. I also enjoy learning Spanish and volunteer at Puentes de Salud to stay connected with the language. In my free time, I love reading, playing games like Overcooked, knockoff HOI4, and Brawl Stars, and binge-watching shows — I’ve watched all of Brooklyn 99 and 15 seasons of Hell’s Kitchen, and now I’m rewatching Avatar The Last Airbender, which never gets old.
