Phoebe Vallapureddy

Hi Everyone! My name is Phoebe, and I’m a senior majoring in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. At Penn, I’m heavily involved in research and have been a member of Dr. Jina Ko’s Bioengineering lab since my first year. Outside of school and research, I’m a violist in the Penn Symphony Orchestra (PSO) and currently serve as Outreach Chair on PSO’s Student Board. I also volunteer as a Personal Patient Navigator with the Center for Surgical Health at Penn Medicine, volunteer at HUP, and have previously been a teaching assistant for Penn Access Engineering. I plan to apply to MD/PhD programs after college. Prior to Penn, I grew up in a suburb of Philly and attended a large public high school. I lived in Kings Court English College House (KC1) during my first year.
