Michelle Fung

Hi! My name is Michelle and I’m a junior in BE. I’m interested in pursuing an MD/PhD in the future and currently do physics research at Penn with the Mathijssen Lab on active carpets, and computational fluid dynamics research in Seattle with the SANS lab over the summer. At Penn, I’m involved with Penn First Plus as a Gateway Mentorship Program mentor specialist and with the Writing Center as a writing fellow. I’m also a managing editor for the Penn Review and for PennScience High School Journal, as well as a SPEC Spring Fling Daytime director. Outside of Penn, I like painting, cooking, and walking around the city!
