Lida Goloveyko

Hi class of 2030! My name is Lida, and I am a rising sophomore majoring in Artificial Intelligence Engineering. I grew up in Philadelphia, so I can answer all Philly-related questions (go birds). At Penn, while I spent a lot of time studying, I also started a band, participated in SWE, and played intramural soccer this past year. Additionally, I lived in Hill College House this past semester, which is a great community and super close to the engineering quad! This summer, I’m focusing on several personal projects while also working at Penn for the ESE department and for a local business. Outside of classes, I spend my time playing soccer, listening to music, working out, hiking in the Wissahickon, and adventuring with friends. I also enjoy rowing (which, unfortunately, I haven’t been able to do since high school), skiing, mountain biking, and woodworking. I am so excited to see you all on campus in the fall!!
