Laura Gao

Hi! I’m Laura, a rising junior from Toronto in the M&T program, majoring in electrical engineering and leading across differences, and minoring in fine arts. I’m co-music director of PennSix, my comedy acapella group. Over the summer, I interned at an fintech startup doing software and electrical engineering. Outside of class, I love East Asian food, short memoirs, and arts in all sorts of mediums. I’m also passionate about feminism and neurodivergence advocacy. I’m excited to meet everyone in the class of 2029; welcome to campus!
